Jacob Satzer
Support Manager @Honorlock
Jacob has been with Honorlock since July of 2019 and has over three years of experience in customer support. Working as the Customer Support Manager, he helps the support team provide excellent customer service and technical fixes to our clients. His time as a customer support agent has allowed him to better understand the necessity of quick and reliable service. When Jacob is not holding down the support queue, he's spending time with his partner and their new dog Sigfried.
Daniel Conboy
Customer Success Manager @Honorlock
Daniel has been with Honorlock for just over a year now. Prior to joining Honorlock, Daniel worked for six years in the technology field and spent just under a year honing his skills on our Support team. Although our newest Customer Success Manager, his experience has helped him master the art of the “technical difficulties” and works diligently to ensure his clients can overcome any they may encounter quickly. When Daniel is not resolving client issues, he can be found lifting weights or playing some video games.
